Do you require a credit card at check-in?

Yes. A valid credit card is required at check-in so we can place a temporary pre-authorization hold of USD 100 per room. This hold is not a charge and is used to cover any incidentals during your stay. If no charges are incurred, the hold is released at check-out, and your bank typically reflects the funds back within 3–7 business days, depending on their processing time.
